1. Return Window
We accept eligible returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item should be:
✔ Unused and in original condition
✔ Returned with original packaging and tags, if applicable
✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing required packaging may not be eligible for return.
2. How to Start a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and let you know how to send the item back.
Please note: returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can help make it right. ✨
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
4. Items That May Not Be Returned
For safety, hygiene, or order-specific reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

5. Exchanges
To ensure faster service, we recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order for the item you prefer.

6. EU Customer Return Rights
For orders shipped to customers in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
To qualify, the item must be:

✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase
This applies in addition to our standard 30-day return policy where applicable.
7. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:
✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
✔ Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
✔ Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund
